 Latest News:

Since October 2009 we have been trying to get a licence to run this service.  Our most recent refusal was in March 2011.

Following some dialogue with the NTA, the Working Group has decided to put together a new application for a licence.  This will require some research, which has been going on (February / April 2012).

If you want to see the results of this research, please follow these links:

Meanwhile we have removed from this website the details of route, timetable etc since these are likely to change with the new application.

See Licence Situation for details of our dialogue with NTA.

Malahide Shuttle has been planned as a service for Malahide residents.  It has been organised in response to your suggestions, to help commuters reach the Railway Station, to avoid traffic congestion, to ease parking problems and to save you having to drive your car around the village.

Won't this be a better way to get to the Station?

We hope you will find the website helpful.  We would apreciate your feedback.

The service plan and this Website have been organised by Malahide Shuttle Project Group, consisting of

Malahide Chamber of Commerce
Malahide Community Forum and
Transportation Department of Fingal County Council,
and
Malahide Coaches Ltd. who will provide the Shuttle Service.
